PROCESS OF ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR MEMBERS

  1. REMINDER: you should be in Good standing in USP and/or CTMRISP before your registration can proceed. **If members of both societies, you should be in GOOD STANDING in BOTH societies. Please coordinate with the respective secretariat to update your status.
  2. Complete your registration details (REGISTER NOW)
  3. Once completed, Acknowledgment email will be sent to the registrant. **If not in good standing: registration process will not proceed
  4. Confirmation email will be sent by October 11-15, 2021containing your username and password to be used to login thru the CONVENTION website

PROCESS OF ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR NON-MEMBER

  1. Prepare digital copy of PROOF OF PAYMENT (deposit slip, online banking proof, E-voucher, etc) 
  2. Complete registration details (REGISTER NOW)
  3. Once completed, Acknowledgment email will be sent to the registrant 
  4. Verification of payment
  5. Once PAYMENT is verified – Confirmation email will be sent by October 11-15, 2021 containing your username and password to be used to login thru the CONVENTION website

PROCESS OF GROUP PAYMENT
August 20 to September 30, 2021

  1. Prepare digital copy of the PROOF OF PAYMENT (deposit slip/ online banking proof, etc)
  2. GROUP REPRESENTATIVE must initially accomplish the Group Validation Form
  3. E-voucher codes with be emailed to the GROUP REPRESENTATIVE once group deposit slip is validated.
  4. Group representative must distribute to each delegate the E-voucher codes (one per delegate) to be use as proof of payment during Online Registration.
  5. Each delegate must Complete registration details (REGISTER NOW) INDIVIDUALLY
  6. Once completed, Acknowledgment email will be sent to the registrant
  7. Once E-voucher is verified – Confirmation email will be sent by October 11-15, 2021 containing your username and password to be used to login thru the CONVENTION website

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR NON-MEMBER ORGANIZING COMMITTEE/EXHIBITORS/ EXHIBITORS GUEST

  1. Await for your E-voucher to be used as you proof of payment. (for EXHIBITORS/EXHIBITORS GUEST please coordinate with Exhibitors committee)
  2. Complete registration details (REGISTER NOW)  using E-voucher codes as proof of payment
  3. Once completed, Acknowledgment email will be sent to the registrant
  4. Verification of e-voucher
  5. Once E-voucher is verified – Confirmation email will be sent by October 11-15, 2021 containing your username and password to be used to login thru the CONVENTION website
