ONSITE REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1:

Completely fill-out Onsite Payment Form (available at Help Desk)

* will accept CASH & CHECK payments ONLY*

STEP 2:

Proceed to respective counter for payment

Counter 5: Radiology MD – CTMRISP and/or USP members

  • Must be in good standing
  • You can check membership status using the QR code

Counter 6: Radiology MD – non-member CTMRISP and USP 

Counter 7: Trainees, radiologic technologists, allied health professionals and students (prepare your hospital ID)

STEP 3:

Completely fill-out Onsite Online Registration Form at JAC website www.jointannualconv.org

– Prepare official receipt to be uploaded as proof of payment 

STEP 4: 

Present CONFIRMATION email to Counter 9 for claiming of ID and kits

*Kits are not guaranteed and is subject to availability
