In order to make a booking/reservation & to avail the ‘discounted hotel room rates’, a guarantee by CREDIT CARD is needed. In case you will not be able to give a Credit Card guarantee, Advance Full-Payment must be made directly to Manila Hotel (thru Bank) upon reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:
Your Reservation can be changed free of charge provided the change advise is made not later than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival. Any amendment within 21 days before the date of arrival to each confirmed room reservation resulting in a reduced length of stay would be subjected to a room charge equivalent to the full length of stay as confirmed during reservation. Please inform us of any changes of reservation in writing via email (jachotelreservation@gmail.com). For cancellations/NO-SHOW made on the date of the arrival, room charges for the whole duration of stay shall apply.
