  • September 1 to 15, 2024 – FINISH

HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1: PAYMENT
– Registration Fee payment is thru any Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) branch/ BPI Online transfer

NOTE: Bank payments will not be acknowledged until ONLINE REGISTRATION has been completed.

ONE (1) PROOF of PAYMENT per REGISTRANT

Step 2: ONLINE REGISTRATION
Prior to online registration please prepare:
– digital copy/picture of PROOF OF PAYMENT such as BANK DEPOSIT SLIP/ BPI ONLINE TRANSFER TRANSACTION with full name written on deposit slip (for bank deposit) or remarks (for online transfer)

*  digital copy/picture must not exceed 5MB

GROUP payment: MUST HAVE respective e-VOUCHER number per REGISTRANT. no need to upload deposit slip again

REMINDERS:

  • MEMBERS of CT-MRISP and/or USP must be in GOOD STANDING in order to register
    • If member of both societies, you should be in GOOD STANDING in BOTH societies
    • Please coordinate with the respective secretariat to update you status, for specific accounts click HERE
    • If not in good standing, REGISTRATION WILL NOT PROCEED
    • click MEMBERSHIP STATUS to check

Step 3: RECEIVE REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
– REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT will be sent to you via e-mail within 24 hours after complete on-line registration. 

NOTE:   Please ensure that you have received an ACKNOWLDGEMENT EMAIL after submission. If you did not receive one, your registration might not have been processes, or you may have entered an incorrect email address. Also, please check your spam/junk folder

Step 4: RECEIVE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
– Once payment is verified, Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail 3-5 days before the convention.
– Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored.

Step 5: COMPLETE
– Please BRING or PRINT a copy of the received PROOF OF REGISTRATION (pdf file) on the day of convention at the Online Registration Counters for issuance of official receipt, convention ID and kits.
– please keep original BANK DEPOSIT SLIP as reference.
